How to claim the digital entitlement
Join the eligible Xbox Insider test, insert a supported Xbox One or Xbox Series X disc into an Xbox One or Series X console, and launch the game. Xbox says this action claims the digital entitlement. The official announcement does not list a separate conversion website or mail-in process.

Xbox says most Xbox One and Xbox Series X disc-based games support the feature and that the initial catalog contains thousands of titles. Not every game is available at launch, so the presence of a disc alone does not guarantee eligibility.
