Why BULKHEAD is keeping Beta 02 closed
The test is designed to expose failures that appear only at scale. BULKHEAD names server scaling and browsing, Twitch Drops, DLC entitlements, VOIP, and the login queue. Releasing invitations in waves lets the team increase load deliberately instead of opening every account at once.
