The current store description now names both Sasaki Ganryu and Daidara, so a fresh installation should expose more than the original June demo route. Your playable progress does not carry into the retail game. The separate entitlement is based on having demo save data: PlayStation says that save data unlocks the Kubi Akari Charm in the full game. Keep the save on the same PlayStation account and console storage until the publisher provides any transfer or cloud-save detail.
